Service Delivery Policy

How we deliver our digital cybersecurity services and reports to you.

1. Our Commitment

ETSEC Inc. ("ETSEC", "we", "us") provides specialized cybersecurity services. As our offerings are entirely digital, this policy outlines how we deliver these services and related documentation to you, our client. This policy serves as our "Shipping Policy" for the purposes of service verification.

Please note: We do not ship any physical goods. All deliverables are provided electronically.

2. Delivery of Services

Our services, such as Security Operations Center (SOC) management, consulting, and vulnerability assessments, are delivered through a combination of digital means:

  • Consultations & Training: Conducted via secure, scheduled video conferencing or phone calls.
  • Managed Services (e.g., SOC): Delivered via secure, remote access to your systems and our monitoring platforms, as defined in your Service Agreement.
  • Assessments & Testing: Performed remotely on the target systems and applications specified in our signed engagement letter.

3. Delivery of Reports & Documentation

All reports and documentation (e.g., Vulnerability Assessment reports, Penetration Testing reports, audit findings) are delivered electronically to ensure security and timeliness.

  • Method: Deliverables are sent via encrypted email with secure attachments or made available through a secure download link.
  • Recipient: Reports are sent only to the authorized contact(s) specified in our Service Agreement.
  • Format: Reports are typically provided in PDF format, secured with password protection where applicable.

4. Delivery Timelines

The delivery timeline for our services and associated reports is governed by the terms mutually agreed upon in your specific Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or engagement letter.

Timelines for reports (e.g., VAPT reports) are typically estimated from the completion date of the assessment phase.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when our electronic communication (email with report, access to portal, etc.) has been sent to the email address or contact point designated by you.

If you do not receive an expected report or deliverable within the agreed-upon timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@etsecinc.com.
